Due to the ongoing effects of Coronavirus and current supply shortages, there can sometimes be unexpected delays to our deliveries.

Ordering

UK:

FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £50

48 Hour Tracked Royal Mail (estimated 2-4 working days) - £3.50

24 Hour Tracked Royal Mail (estimated 1-2 working days) - £5.50

EU:

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (estimated 5-7 working days) - £15.00

We currently ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland

Due to a recent Brexit development, we are currently unable to process European orders over €150 (£120) due to the additional duties and customs fees.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not ship orders on holidays or weekends.

Orders placed on Friday after midday or on the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, especially during this period of Coronavirus, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Our items are sent in our 100% compostable and biodegradable packaging.

Currently we ship to the UK and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland.

We are working on increasing our delivery options. If your country is not on the list, then please let us know and we will get back to you.

We are currently only able to accept payments in Pounds (£).

We have focused heavily on ensuring that we are as transparent as possible in our sizing.

On each of our products you will find a Size Guide and AI Size Recommender to help you make your decision.

We also outline what size our models are wearing in photos and provide recommendations on size and fit.

You should receive a confirmation email immediately after your order has been placed. If you do not receive one within 30 minutes, please email us with your order number at support@alpineapparel.co.uk and we can manually send it to you.

Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link, with which you can follow the status of your shipment online via the website of the courier.

All orders should be placed through our website. We accept payments via:

You can of course pay with a foreign credit card as long as it is a verified MasterCard or Visa credit card.

There are several things to check if your card doesn’t appear to be working:

Ensure that the card expiry date has been entered in the correct order.

Make sure that the name you enter in the credit card section matches that printed on the front of your card and that your billing address matches what is printed on your bank statements.

Check that the postcode you entered does not contain anything other than letters and numbers.

There is a small box on the checkout page where you can input your gift card or discount code.

Discount codes cannot be combined on our website but the largest discount will apply.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are not able to manually add your discount code. However, you will be able to use it next time as long as it’s still valid.

Klarna is a payment service provider that allows you to pay for your item in three separate instalments. 

The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Alpine Apparel and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. 

You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app.

Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit to allow you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every two weeks. To be eligible for credit from Clearpay, you must be a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands), aged 18+. Further eligibility criteria and T&Cs apply. Clearpay Finance Ltd.

Make sure you can make your repayments on time by each due date to avoid late fees. Not paying on time will lead to a late fee of £6, and, if your order is more than £24, a further late fee of £6 if it is still overdue after 7 days. If you fail to pay on time, your Clearpay debt may be passed to a debt collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future.

This option will be available at checkout where you can simply select your chosen payment.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it long as your package has not yet been shipped. We try to be as efficient as possible in shipping our orders so please email us as quickly as possible at support@alpineapparel.co.uk to do so. We will then be able to process your refund if in time.

Similar to cancelling your order, you can change the size of your order within one hour of placing it as long as your package has not yet been shipped.

You can also request a new item within the same time period as above, as long as it is the same type e.g. you would not be able to order a hoodie and change it to a t-shirt for example. 

In this instance, we would be able to cancel your order and then reorder the correct item(s), provided the item had not yet been shipped.

Customer Care

We highly recommend checking the wash label on each item before doing anything and then following those instructions carefully.

We recommend washing at 30 degrees, with similar colours; do not bleach; do not tumble dry; do not dry clean.

If in doubt, we also recommend washing your item at the lowest possible temperature, with the same colours and inside out.
